Voucher template activation and options

Below will outline how to attach a customised template to use for your vouchers.

  • Contact the support team [email protected] and let them know which template you would like to use.

  • Specify which imagery, fonts, colors are required. This will vary depending on the template that is chosen.


Template options

Outlined are all the templates that are available to use and the specifications of each template.

Template one sizes and specifications

  • The header image or the logo can be fluid due to the nature of logo sizes.

    • Max Width: 995px.

    • Max Height: 130px.

    • A transparent background property is recommended on the image.

    • Type: PNG or JPG.

  • The frame image is the entire template background.

    • Dimensions are 1448px high X 995px wide.

    • A transparent background property is required as a PNG.

  • The desired main font color must be requested.

  • The desired dedication font color must be requested.

  • The desired font family must be requested.

Available fonts

  • Times ew Roman, Times, Serif

  • Arial, Helvetica, Sans-Serif

  • Comic Sans MS, Cursive

  • Courier New, Courier, Monospace

  • Georgia, Serif

  • Lucida Sans Unicode, Lucida Grande, Sans-Serif

  • Tahoma, Geneva, Sans-Serif

  • Trebuchet MS, Helvetica, Sans-Serif

  • Verdana, Geneva, Sans-Serif

Template two sizes and specifications

  • The header image or logo and image banner underneath can be fluid due to the nature of logo sizes.

  • The max width is 995px.

  • There is no height constraints but leave enough space for content.

  • Transparent background property is recommended on the image.

  • The image type required is PNG or JPG.

  • The desired dedication font colour must be requested.

  • The desired footer background colour must must be requested.

  • The desired footer border color must be requested.

  • The desired footer font color must be requested.

  • The desired font family must be requested.

  • The max width is 995px

  • A transparent background property is recommended on the image

  • The desired header border color must be requested.

  • The desired dedication font color must be requested.

  • The footer Image can be fluid due to the nature of logo sizes

    The image must be 995px and will be resized to 995px automatically if wider or narrower

    The recommended height is 300px.

    The image type required is JPG.
