If you have a current user account and you require access to view credit card details a request on your behalf must be made to the support team by another current user [email protected]
📢 Important: If you have access to credit card details via the tool credit card pass through you will not be granted permission.
Information to send support when making a request
Follow the steps below to know what information to send with your request:
A unique email address must be used. The support team can not set up access to credit card details using a generic email address such as reservations@ or revenue@. The email address should contain the users name and should not be a shared.
