Request access to credit card information on a reservation

If you have a current user account and you require access to view credit card details a request on your behalf must be made to the support team by another current user [email protected]
⚠️ Important: If you have access to credit card details via the tool credit card pass through you will not be granted permission.
Information to send support when making a request
Follow the step below to know what information to send the support team when requesting credit card details to be attached to a user account.
A unique email address must be used. The support team can not set up access to credit card details using a generic email address such as reservations@ or revenue@. The email address should contain the users name and should not be a shared.
📌 Note: The following process is in place as of November 28th 2017 and is in line with new PCI Data Security Regulations.
