Configure the daily report and weekly report
Follow the steps below and you will be able to configure a daily and weekly report:
Click Booking Engine.
Hover over Reporting.
Click on Report Settings.
Click on the tab named 1-Day Report.
Here you can include recipients.
Enter the recipients email address separated with a comma and no space. The format should follow [email protected],[email protected]
For the 1-day report click all days if you wish to receive the report every day.
Inventory horizon is defaulted to 40 days. You can change this range.
Click include vouchers if you have the SHR voucher module enabled.
Under the header exclude sections you can decide what you would like NOT to see on the report.
Click the box include voucher revenue.
Click the tab named 7-day report.
Repeat steps 5 - 10 to complete this tab.
For step 6 you will need to select one day as this is a weekly report.
Click save changes.
Configure the monthly report
Follow the steps below and you will be able to configure a monthly report:
Click Booking Engine.
Hover over Reporting.
Click on Report Settings.
Click on the tab named Monthly Report.
Here you can include recipients.
Enter the recipients email address separated with a comma and no space. The format should follow [email protected],[email protected]
Click the storage and delivery that is applicable.
Click save changes.
Configure the inventory report
To set up an email notification for when your inventory goes low follow the steps below:
Click Booking Engine.
Hover over Reporting.
Click on Report Settings.
Click Inventory.
Click enable inventory notifications.
Enter the recipients email address.
Separated with a comma and no space. The format should follow [email protected],[email protected]
Leave it blank and it will be sent to the email address where reservations are sent.
Room Thresholds add the amount of rooms you want the inventory to reach before you are notified, if you leave this blank it defaults to 2.
Click save changes.
Issue receiving the daily, weekly or monthly reports
If you have stopped receiving any of these reports, you may have been removed from the distribution list. Follow the steps below to check the contribution list:
Click Booking Engine.
Hover over Reporting.
Click on Report Settings.
Click on the tab named 1-day report.
Check if your email is in the recipients list.
If your email is not listed enter the recipients email address.
Separated with a comma and no space. The format should follow [email protected],[email protected]
Repeat these steps for the weekly and monthly report tabs.
Click save changes.
Add new recipients to the daily, weekly or monthly reports
If you have a new member in your team and would like to add them to receive reports follow the steps below:
Click Booking Engine.
Hover over Reporting.
Click on Report Settings.
Click on the tab named 1-day report.
Enter the email in the recipients list.
Separated with a comma and no space. The format should follow [email protected],[email protected]
Repeat these steps for the weekly and monthly report tabs.
Click save changes.
