Click the MediaCenter tab.
Use the search bar to find the image or go to my media galleries and locate the image there.
Click edit image to open the image details.β
Common causes and solutions for an image not showing on an upsell
Outlined below are some of the main reasons why their maybe an issue with an image showing on an upsell.
Image not assigned for use with upsells.
To address this follow the steps to implement a solution.
In the image settings, go to Tag and Search.
Tick Offer and then save changes.
Ticking offer assigns the image for use within upsells. If this is not ticked it will not display against any upsell. β
You have not given enough time before checking.
Cause: You have not given enough time between uploading the image and checking the result. β
Solution: It can take up to 45 mins for an image to appear within the IBE after uploading it to the Mediacenter.
Caching Issues
Cause: Browser or server caching is preventing the updated image from displaying.β
Solution: Clear your browser cache or perform a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5 or Cmd + Shift + R).β

Image specifications:
Ensure that your image meets the platform's requirements for example file format or size.β

Sometimes, a simple page refresh can help in loading the newly associated image.β

Sometimes, browser-specific issues can prevent images from displaying. Test the upsell on different browsers to rule this out.β
