Explore common causes and fixes for why a new room image is not showing
Read and review the main reasons why you cannot see your room image.
Propagation delay:
When you add an image to a room it can take up to thirty minutes for changes to be reflected on the front-end.
Image format or size issues:
All images should be uploaded in the Mediacenter in four (pixel) sizes:
120 x 90,
400 x 300,
800 x 600,
1600 x 1200.
If you have not uploaded the image in all of the required sizes the image may not show on the booking engine.
Cache not cleared:
You may need to clear the cache on your PC.
To do this press ctrl and F5 together or check the settings on the browser you use.
You can also try opening the site in incognito or private mode.
Make sure you clicked save changes within the room editor after uploading the new image.

Room type name.
New image file name.
When the change was made.
Screenshot of any error message.
