Booker segments explained
Below will outline what a booker segments are:
A segment allows you to categorize your bookings based on the type of booker or segment.
Bookers are broken down into the following 4 segments on SHR:
Family - with at least 1 child occupant.
Couple - 2 adult occupants.
Business - any other single room bookings.
Multiroom - more than one room booked and no children at any room present.
Run a segmentation report in insights
Follow the steps below to build a booker segmentation report:
Click insights along the top navigation.
Click build a report on the left navigations.
A room reservation report will pre populate.
In this reports select your date range.
From the drop down menu named category 1 change the criteria to segment.
Click run report.
