IP address changes when logging in

This article details the IP changes that may occur when logging in from different locations.

As a security precaution to prevent anyone accessing your session on the booking engine system, the booking engine will automatically suspend a users session if the IP address belonging to that session changes at any stage.

Note: Some broadband providers may intermittently change your IP address during the day if you don't have a static IP address.

If this happens, please just login again to continue working on in the booking engine. Generally it may happen only once during a day, if at all.

If you are constantly having this issue throughout the day, please email [email protected] with your Username explaining that your IP address has changed. Support will remove this security measure from your account.
