Access the change log
Follow the steps below to get access to the change log for your property:
Click booking engine.
On the right click the button called change log
.If this button is not available to you email support shr.custo[email protected] and request change log access.
When access is granted click the change log button.
In the first section you can search changes made to future dates.
In the second section you can search changes made to past dates.
You can decide if you wish to search for a specific date or whether you would prefer to search for changes made to a room or rate.
Once you have selected your search criteria if any changes were made they will show on the screen.
You will also see the information of when the changes occurred and who made the changes along with the information that was changed.
