Unlock your user account

Follow the steps below to unlock your user account.

  1. Email [email protected] with your username stating that your account is locked or suspended.

  2. The support team will unlock the account and respond to you letting you know you can log in.

  3. If maybe the case an account can not be accessed due to a forgotten password.
