This article discusses how to gain access to your SHR BE account if for any reason it was locked or suspended.

Reasons your account is locked or suspended

  • Continuously entering the wrong password may lock your account.

OR

  • Non-use of the account for 90 days may suspend your account.


Unlock your user account

Follow the steps below to unlock your user account:

If your account is locked or suspended please email [email protected] with your username stating that your account is locked or suspended.

Support will unlock the account and respond to you letting you know you can log in.
