Set up upsells on vouchers
Follow the steps below to set up upsells on vouchers.
Click the Vouchers tab.
Click Voucher Upsells on the left navigation.
Click + Create upsell.
Under the General tab of the upsell you will need to enter the status to active, suspended, or deleted.
Order Index is not applicable.
Enter the title, a short title and description of the upsell.
Click the Configure tab.
Under the configure tab you will need to enter the price of the upsell and if you want a strikethrough price you can add it here too.
Strikethrough price is an optional input, this is displayed next to the item value on the consumer side. The Strikethrough price should be greater than the upsell price.
You can choose the maximum quantity allowed.
This will default to one, and ten is the limit. If left at one, a select dropdown does not appear on the upsell in consumer side.
Assign the upsell to the vouchers, If you do not choose specific vouchers here it will be applied to all vouchers by default.
Select the Image tab.
In the Image tab you can add an image from the mediacenter to the upsell.
Click save changes.
