Resend a voucher
A property has two options on resending a voucher. They can resend the voucher online or they can attach a PDF version of the voucher on an email and send it to a customer.
Send a voucher online
Follow the steps below to resend a voucher online.
Click the Voucher tab.
Select Search Sold Vouchers.
You will need to enter either the reference code, internal reference or customer name to find the voucher.
Select Search Vouchers.
Select details on the desired voucher.
Select to re-send online vouchers.
The voucher will now be resent to the customer.
Send a PDF version of a voucher from an email
It might be the case a customer may want a property to send the voucher directly to them from an email.
Follow step below to download a PDF version of the voucher.
Click the Voucher tab.
Select Search Sold Vouchers.
You will need to enter either the reference code, internal reference or customer name to find the voucher.
Select Search Vouchers.
Select details on the desired voucher.
Click download voucher and a pdf copy will download for you.
You can then attach the PDF to an email and send to the customer.
