Booking Engine Navigation

  1. Go to the Vouchers module.

  2. Click on List Vouchers.

  3. Select edit on the voucher you would like to edit.

  4. Go to the Restrictions tab within the edit voucher.

Below is an overview of the different features within the Voucher Restrictions tab.

The Voucher Code must be valid when input.

⚠️Important: You can only have one voucher per voucher code

Customisation

  • Presented To to be displayed on the voucher.

  • Presented from to be displayed on the voucher.

  • ​Dedication to allow user to enter dedication text

  • Hide Monetary value on voucher.​

  • Hide expiry date on voucher.

Sell Restrictions

  • Max per sale refers to the number of vouchers one person can purchase at one time.

  • Total Quantity allows you to restrict the total number of vouchers available to be purchased. If you do not have a limit on the number of vouchers to be sold leave this field blank.

  • Low inventory warning allows you to be notified once the specified number of vouchers has been sold. Enter the email address of the person who should receive the warning.

  • Sale dates allow you to optionally indicate whether you want to limit this voucher to appear during the specified date range.

  • Max Per Sale allows you to enter the Maximum vouchers of this type sold.

  • The Total Quantity allows you to set the the total quantity of vouchers available overall.

  • The Low Inventory Warning allows you to receive an email when the inventory drops to a certain number.

  • The Inventory Warning Recipient Email will alert the provided email address once the inventory drops to the specified number.

Sell Dates

  • This allows you to optionally indicate whether you want to limit this voucher to appear during the specified date range.
