Voucher editor restrictions tab
Outlined below are the main features on the restrictions tab in the voucher editor.
The voucher code must be valid when input.
⚠️Important: You can only have one voucher per voucher code
Customization
Presented To to be displayed on the voucher.
If this is selected the persons name the voucher is for can be put on the voucher.
Presented from to be displayed on the voucher.
If this is selected the person name who purchased the voucher can be shown on the voucher.
Dedication to allow user to enter dedication text.
This always an area on the voucher to have a personalized message.
Hide monetary value on voucher.
This will hide the value of the voucher.
This is especially useful if it is a package voucher.
Hide expiry date on voucher.
Hide when the voucher needs to be used by.
Sell restrictions
Max per sale refers to the number of vouchers one person can purchase at one time.
Total quantity allows you to restrict the total number of vouchers available to be purchased.
If you do not have a limit on the number of vouchers to be sold leave this field blank.
Low inventory warning allows you to be notified once the specified number of vouchers has been sold.
Enter the email address of the person who should receive the warning.
Sale dates allow you to optionally indicate whether you want to limit this voucher to appear during the specified date range.
Max per sale allows you to enter the maximum vouchers of this type sold.
The total quantity allows you to set the the total quantity of vouchers available overall.
The low inventory warning allows you to receive an email when the inventory drops to a certain number.
The inventory warning recipient email will alert the provided email address once the inventory drops to the specified number.
Sell dates
This allows you to optionally indicate whether you want to limit this voucher to appear during the specified date range.
