If you have enabled Tier pricing on any of your tickets, you will see the Tiers button on the List Tickets screen, as shown below:

  1. Click the Tiers button and Create tier.

  2. Add your pricing and information.

  3. Optionally add a date range to restrict when this tier can be purchased.

  4. Save Changes.

πŸ€“ Tip: Use the Sell Date range to promote Early Bird tickets at a lower price.

An example of Tiered pricing is shown below:

Tickets & Voucher Groups

It is recommended to create a voucher group for your tickets to be stored in one convenient place. Use the same steps as you would for a voucher group to create a group for your tickets. Vouchers are shown in pink, and tickets are shown in blue.

Preview button, WEB button & Deep links

  • Preview button: From the List Tickets screen, click the preview button to see how the ticket will be presented to the recipient.

  • WEB button: From the List Tickets screen, click the green WEB button to see the ticket page on the front end of the booking engine.

  • Deep links: From the List Voucher Groups screen, click the green WEB button next to your ticket group and copy the URL.

πŸ€“ Tip: Deep links allow you to send guests directly to specific groups, rates and offers in the IBE, streamlining their booking journey and accessing hidden or exclusive content.

Ticket Sales and Reporting

  • Tickets are treated as transactions on the back-end, similar to vouchers.

  • Tickets will appear in the following reports:

    • Sold Vouchers Report

    • Search Sold Vouchers

  • Tickets are shown in blue and vouchers are shown in pink.

Adding additional guest requirements to Tickets

Adding additional guest requirements on tickets can help you enhance the guest experience by collecting valuable party-specific information at the time of booking. Here are the key features that support this:

  • Text Field in Ticket Personalise Section

Guests can fill in a custom text field during the ticket personalisation step, allowing them to provide important additional information related to their party or special requests.

  • Confirmation Email Content

The additional information entered by the guest will be included in their confirmation email, ensuring both the guest and the hotel have access to the details after booking.

  • Per Ticket Opt-In

You can control whether to request additional guest information on a per-ticket basis. To enable this feature, select the relevant option under the Restrictions tab in the ticket editor.

  • Sold Vouchers Report

When running the Sold Vouchers Report, you can now toggle a new checkbox in the report options panel to include or exclude the additional guest information from the report output.

  • Transaction Details

The additional guest information field can be viewed and edited in the transaction details for each ticket sold, providing flexibility for hotel staff to update or correct guest submissions if necessary.
