Add multiple images to a room.

You can map multiple images to a room through the room editor and not the MediaCenter. To do this, follow the steps below:

  • Go to Booking Engine.

  • Click Manage Rooms, then click List Rooms.

  • Click edit on the room type that you want to add images to.

  • Click Images and Videos to open this tab.

  • Search for the relevant images or galleries.

  • There are 2 ways to add images.

    1. Hover over an image and drag the image across to the right of the screen.

    2. Click the box to the left of any images you want to add. This adds a visible tick to show the images selected. Click add selected to apply the images to the room.

  • Click and drag top to bottom to reorder the sequence in which selected images will display. The first image in the list is typically the one shown in search results.

  • Click save changes to set this change live.

πŸ€“ Tip: Best practice is to add at least 4 images per room type. Make sure that you use strong images that showcase your rooms.
