Understand a saved report template in my templates

In the steps below you will know what the symbols mean in a saved template:

This icon denotes that there is a running schedule set for this template, i.e., it's scheduled to run automatically at a certain time of the day, week, etc.

Important navigation tip: Note that the existing templates can be sorted in ascending or descending order by clicking the orange triangle.

Title

The title of the template.

Folder icon

Denotes which properties have access (or not) to a particular template.
There are three different possibilities:

Padlocked folder: Denotes that this particular template is locked for a specific property, and only that property will have read & write access to it.

Padlocked folder with a green plus sign: A folder with a green plus sign indicates that the container is private, but shared. A number of properties may have access to it.
