Consolidated report
The figures on the consolidated report are only based on bookings through the properties own website or booking engine.
Insights report
Insight report runs on all channels therefore if your property is also on a portal or TripAdvisor these bookings will show on Insights.
📌Note: If you would like to run an insights report on just your website. Ensure you select booking channel as category 1 and this will then break down the report by channel.
