Reset your WinAuth password

Unfortunately, there's no direct way to recover a forgotten WinAuth password. To regain access, you'll need to perform a full reset of the WinAuth application and its associated data on your Windows PC.​

Follow the steps below to learn how to reset your WinAuth application.

  1. Fully delete the WinAuth application from your PC.

  2. Email the support team and request an authenticator reset.

  3. Set up the authenticator application.
