Set up Sage Pay
Sage Pay is a payment gateway that is supported by SHR booking engine and when configured and applied to a hotel’s site setup, will be displayed as one of the payment options available to the customer during the booking process.
Note: If you are interested in activating Sage Pay please contact support with a Sage Pay Vendor ID and Secret to activate Sage Pay.

Select the Sage Pay payment option.
On the book page select the Sage Pay option from the payment options.
Once selected, the payment details section will update to show the Sage Pay logo and messaging and remove credit and debit card fields.
After clicking on complete booking, the booker will be redirected to Sage Pay’s payment page where they will be able to select one of the available payment options configured on the hotels Sage Pay account.
Note: Sage Pay does not facilitate bookings that don’t take money at the time of booking. If rates are set up that don’t take money at the time of booking, they will be auto-approved and no card details will be available.
