Set up Global Payments

  • Global Payments provides a number of payment related services.

  • SHR BE has a remote integration with Global Payments allowing hotels to take deposits securely at the point of booking connecting through an acquirer, this is usually a bank.

  • Global Payments acts like an OTA for payments:

    • Connecting customers to multiple acquirers and card issuers for quick and secure payments.

  • Payment flow:

    • The Global Payments Payment Gateway can be added to both the SHR BE and voucher systems.

  • Contact support for more information on how to set up Global Payments on your booking engine or voucher service.


IP address range for Global Payments to enable transactions

  • Global Payment require the below range of IP addresses whitelisted to enable transactions from the booking engine.

    • 87.230.75.32 to 87.230.75.47

    • 178.77.90.32 to 178.77.90.63

    • 62.138.231.0 to 62.138.231.127

    • 46.163.88.32 to 46.163.88.47

    • 193.16.220.0 to 193.16.220.255

    • 91.223.186.0 to 91.223.186.255

Changes to your Global Payment account

  • If changes are made to your Global Payment account, inform support if the following changes are made:

    • GP Account Name

    • Shared Secret

    • Card Types accepted.

    • 3D Secure status

    • Subaccount name(s)

Note: If any of the above are changed before informing SHR it may cause any transactions that take a deposit at the time of purchase to fail
