Integrate global payments gateway

To collect payments at the time of booking through the booking engine, you will first need to set up and integrate a Global Payments (GP) account.

Set up Global Payments

Follow the steps below to set up a Global Payment account.

  1. Contact Global Payments to open an account

    • Email [email protected] and request a new account setup.

    • A Global Payments account manager will guide you through the onboarding process.

  2. Contact the support team to start the integration.

    • Once your Global Payments account is ready, email [email protected] to request integration. Include the following info in your email:

      • Your Global Payments account name or ID (not the MID).

      • Your Global Payments account manager's name and email.

      • Supported credit card types.

      • Whether 3DS v1 and or 3DS v2 will be enabled.

      • Confirm if payments go to the default internet subaccount or another.

      • Do not email the shared secret call the support team on +353 61 335680.

  3. Integration and testing.

    • The support team will:

      • Begin the setup.

      • Verify details with your Global Payments account manager.

      • Test the integration to ensure everything works as expected.

  4. Go live.

    • Once testing is complete and both you and Global Payments confirm setup has been complete, the support team will activate your Global Payments integration on the booking engine.

    • You will now see extra deposit options under the finance tab of your rate setup once you have gone live.
