Integrate global payments gateway

To collect payments at the time of booking through the IBE, you’ll first need to set up and integrate a Global Payments (GP) account.

Step-by-step: How to set up Global Payments

1. Contact Global Payments to open an account

  • Email [email protected] and request a new account setup.

  • A GP Account Manager will guide you through the onboarding process.

2. Contact SHR to start integration

Once your GP account is ready, email [email protected] to request integration. Include the following info in your email:

  • Your GP account name/ID (not the MID).

  • Your GP Account Manager's name and email.

  • Supported credit card types.

  • Whether 3DS v1 and/or 3DS v2 will be enabled.

  • Confirm if payments go to the default internet subaccount or another.

  • Do not email the Shared Secret — call us at +353 61 335680, ask for Support and we can take this over the phone.

3. Integration and testing

Our support team will:

  • Begin the setup on our side.

  • Verify details with your GP Account Manager.

  • Test the integration to ensure everything works as expected.

4. Go live

Once testing is complete and both you and GP confirm you’re happy, SHR will activate your GP integration on the IBE.

You’ll now see extra deposit options under the Finance tab of your rate setup.
