Follow the steps below to navigate to the digital reporting dashboard in Insights.
Click the Insights tab.
Hover over Digital Reporting.
Click Digital Spend.
You will see year to date spend and last years full year spend.

Below outlines the summary of key words and their meanings that is shown on the digital report.
Google Ads | The total spend on AdWords. |
Wihp Meta | The total spend on Wihp Meta. For UK hotels whose account is managed in EUR, the spend amount is converted to GBP using the average monthly FX rate. This is to allow accurate calculations on CPA. |
Bing Ads | The total spend on Bing Ads. |
Facebook Ads | The total spend on Facebook Ads. |
Total spend | The combined spend across the four digital marketing channels above. |
Rooms | Gross room revenue booked. This figure includes subsequently cancelled rooms. |
CPA (cost per acquisition) rooms | The percentage cost per acquisition for rooms. |
Nett rooms | Nett room revenue booked. The figure does not include revenue from subsequently cancelled rooms. |
CPA (cost per acquisition) nett | The percentage cost per acquisition for the nett (excluding cancelled) room revenue. |
