Access a pace report

Follow the steps below to understand how to access a pace report.

  1. Click the Insights tab.

  2. Click Pace Reporting on the left navigation.

Pace report content

Below will outline what the content means on the pace report.

  • Charts are displayed for the next eight months and display check-in, cancelled and nett revenue for each month.

  • The slider at the top of the page allows you to view the state of booking pace as of midnight on the selected date. This is particularly useful to see the impact over time of anything that might impact your nett stayed revenue in the future months for example an ezine campaign or an event being cancelled. You can move the slider back by up to 90 days to see how your revenue pace progressed, day-by-day, in the intervening period.

  • For each chart, a year-over-year comparison is displayed for the same month last year. Again, data is presented as of midnight on the date selected or the corresponding date last year.

  • Only revenue from your direct website channel is included.

  • Charts are displayed for average booking value, average daily rate and average length of stay.
