Pace report content

  • Charts are displayed for the next 8 months and display check-in, cancelled and nett revenue for each month.

  • The slider at the top of the page allows you to view the state of booking pace as of midnight on the selected date. This is particularly useful to see the impact over time of anything that might impact your nett stayed revenue in the future months (e.g. an ezine campaign, an event being cancelled, etc). You can move the slider back by up to 90 days to see how your revenue pace progressed, day-by-day, in the intervening period.

  • For each chart, a year-over-year comparison is displayed for the same month last year. Again, data is presented as of midnight on the date selected (or the corresponding date last year)

  • Only revenue from your direct website channel is included.

  • Charts are displayed for Average Booking Value, Average Daily Rate and Average Length of Stay.
