Voucher Reward management
Voucher Rewards is a sales-boosting feature in the IBE that allows properties to offer complimentary rewards to voucher purchasers, helping increase average order value and incentivise conversions with personalised perks.

Activate Voucher Rewards
Go to Edit Site Profile and click on the Flags tab.
Select Activate Awards Programme.
Click Save Changes.
Create your Rewards Profile
โWithin the Reward profile editor, colours, fonts, images, and custom CSS can be used to create a bespoke template to be used across multiple rewards.
Click List Rewards Profile and Create profile.
Create your profile by choosing one of the reward templates and add your colours and/or images.
Click Save Changes.
Click the preview button to see how the Reward Profile PDF will appear to the shopper.
Create a Reward
Click List Rewards and Create reward.
General tab:
Select a status from the dropdown menu.
Enter an internal Rate Code.
Enter the reward information.
Configure tab:
Enter a Qualifying Price - the minimum value a voucher must have to qualify for this reward.
Optionally add a date range for this reward to be available.
Assign your vouchers.
Image tab - select one or more images for this reward and drag them to your preferred order. Images will be used on your voucher booking engine.
Identify sold vouchers with rewards attached
Within the details section of the Transaction Report, rewards are highlighted at the bottom of the page under voucher details.
๐ค Tip: The sold voucher report has a Reward column to easily identify voucher rewards.
The customer journey
The choose page on the Voucher engine will display a "Free reward" prompt on the qualifying vouchers as shown below:
The customise page then gives the shopper the option to claim their reward or select no, thanks:
After purchase, customers can easily access and download their reward details via the Confirmation page and confirmation emails.
Note: If a gift recipient is added as a secondary email, they will not receive any reward information.
