The Failed Reservations Page displays a list of reservations that have not yet been successfully delivered to the third-party interface.

🛠️ How to Access the Failed Reservations Page

  1. Log in to your Account.

  2. Navigate to the Booking Engine section.

  3. Select the Failed Reservations tab to view the list of unsuccessful transmissions on the right hand side of the screen.


🧾 Information Displayed

Each entry on the Failed Reservations Page typically includes:

  • Reservation Reference Number: Unique identifier for the booking.

  • Guest Name: Name of the individual associated with the reservation.

  • Date of Attempted Transmission: When the system tried to send the reservation to the third-party interface.

  • Error Message: Details about why the reservation failed.


🔄 Managing Failed Reservations

To address failed reservations:

  1. Review the error message associated with each failed reservation to understand the cause.

  2. Correct any issues identified (e.g., missing guest information, invalid rate codes).

  3. Retry the reservation manually after resolving the issues.

  4. Monitor the reservation to ensure successful delivery to the third-party interface.


🚨Unsupported Interfaces

This page currently does not show failed Opera reservations and also has limited support for the Protel interface.
