How to navigate the digital assistant
A digital assistant is a tool to assist you with support queries as quickly, accurately and as seamless as possible to cut down on your wait time for a support agent.
This video will help you how to use the digital assistant.
Outlined below are the steps on how to navigate the digital assistant.
Log into the IBE.
Regardless of the tab you are on in the IBE, the digital assistant will be available at the bottom right of the screen.
Click on the icon in the bottom right to open the digital assistant.
Recent message is the first tab.
This tab will show the previously asked questions.
Click Ask a question and this will open a new tab.
A text box will appear for you to ask a question. Once a question is typed click the upward arrow
.The answer will appear on the screen. There is no limit to the number of questions you can ask.
If you need to communicate with a support agent type Speak to a human. A link to a case form will appear. Click on this link and raise a new case.
Navigate to home of the digital assistant by clicking the back arrow

Click Service & maintenance updates to view the Status hub.
Click Search for help and this will open the helpdesk.
In the text bar enter the topic you wish to find information on and the relevant articles will show.
In the bottom navigation bar you will see home, messages and help.
Home is a shortcut to the home screen.
Messages is a shortcut to previously asked questions.
Help is a shortcut to the helpdesk to search for articles.
To close the digital assistant click the X icon.
