Access service status dashboard

The purpose of this article is to explain how to access the status dashboard and what the dashboard indicates.

Benefits of the dashboard

Outlined below are the benefits of accessing the dashboard:

  • Communication is key to our customers, especially in the event of a high-impact incident or product downtime.

  • Monitor the status of your products by using the Dashboard Home Page.

  • The follow products are available to view via the status dashboard:

    • Hotel customer relationship management (SHR CRM).

    • Hotel booking engine (SHR IBE).

    • Central reservation system (SHR CRS).

    • Revenue management system (SHR RMS).

  • Receive alerts and updates for planned scheduled maintenance work.

  • Have a central view of current and historical events.

  • Receive updates as we share any root cause and prevention measures for the follow products


Create an account to access the dashboard

Follow the steps below to create a user account to view the dashboard.

  1. Click subscribe to create an account.

  2. Click Email.

  3. Enter your email address.

  4. Read the accept the terms & services.

  5. Tick I accept terms & services.

  6. Click Next.

  7. Within customisations select either:

    • All services. You will receive notifications regarding all services within hospitality.

    • Selected services:

      1. Click Selected service.

      2. The list of services will appear on the screen.

      3. Tick the box next to the applicable service.

  8. Tick the box Only send me the minimum number of notifications per incident (typically first and last).

    • Tick the box only to get minimum number of notifications.

    • Leave unticked to receive all notifications.

  9. Click Save.

Unsubscribe from alerts

To unsubscribe from alerts, follow the steps below:

  1. Click Subscribe at the top right-hand side of the page.

  2. Click Forgot your link?

  3. Click Email.

  4. Enter your email address.

  5. Click Resend.

  6. Then, in the email you receive click unsubscribe from these alerts, then click Email to unsubscribe.


Navigate the dashboard

To access the dashboard, follow the steps below:

  1. Select your time zone in the top right-hand of the screenA close up of a logo

  2. You will see a status update indicated by up, affected and down.

  3. Notifications will be displayed.

    1. Any planned maintenance events will be shown at the top of the dashboard.

    2. To view more information, click on the event.

  4. A calendar indicating scheduled maintenance will be available to view.

    1. Click the arrows to navigate to the next month.

    2. If maintenance is scheduled a blue dot will appear on the specific date

    3. Click the blue dot to see the maintenance message.

  5. Next you will see the header service history.

  6. Click the best view option either list or calendar.

  7. Select the product from the drop down list filter services or leave this blank.

  8. You will note the colour coordinated dots:

    1. Green indicates service is operating normally.

    2. Yellow with a black dot in the centre indicates performance issues.

    3. Red with a black line in the centre indicates service disruption.

  9. Depending on your filters you will see different views:

    1. If you have selected list and a product name you will see the dots along with a triangle if there has been an issue on that given day.

      1. Click Prev week or Next week to move the dates.

      2. Click the triangle to see the message.

    2. If you have selected list and no product you will see the option to toggle a slider.

      1. Toggle the slider to show the affected products.

      2. Untoggle to see all the products.

      3. Click Prev week or Next week to move the dates.

      4. Click the triangle to see the message.

    3. If you have selected the calendar you will see the issue outlined on the calendar.

      1. Click the message to see the full message.

      2. Click the arrows to move the view date.

      3. Click the box Month to change this to week or day view.

      4. Click the date to select a date from the calendar.

      5. In the calendar hover over the icon in the message to see what the incident related to.

      6. A triangle icon indicates an incident.

      7. A gear icon indicates maintenance.
