This report will show you all the promo codes used while making a booking.

Attach a reporting code to a promo code

Follow the steps below on how to attach a reporting code to a promo codes:

Note: To run a report for promo codes you need to have a reporting code attached to the promo code you have setup.

  1. Click the CRM tab.

  2. Click manage promotions.

  3. Click edit on the applicable promo code.

  4. Under the general tab in the section reporting and organisation enter a reporting code.

  5. Select save changes.


Run a promo code report

Follow the steps below to run a promo code:

  1. Click the insights tab.

  2. On the left click build a report.

  3. A reservation report will pre populate.

  4. In this report enter the date range.

  5. Next under the header select report criteria, you will see the drop down list named category 1 and category 2.

  6. In category 1 enter booking channel

  7. In category 2 enter reporting code-any.

  8. Click run report.

  9. The reporting code will show.

    1. In the image below the example reporting codes are fun and returning customers.

  10. You will also see a reporting code called unknown this refers to all other bookings made without the use of a promo code.
