Corporate account reporting code
Follow the steps below on how to attach a reporting and profile code to a corporate account:
Click CRM.
Click manage accounts.
Choose edit on the applicable account.
Under the general tab in the section reporting and organisation enter a reporting code and profile code.
Click save changes.
Run a report on a corporate user account
Follow the steps below to run a corporate user account:
Click the insights tab.
On the left click build a report.
A reservation report will pre populate.
In this report enter the date range.
Next under the header select report criteria, you will see the drop down list named category 1 and category 2.
In category 1 select booking channel
In category 2 select reporting code-any.
Click run report.
The reporting code will show.
You will also see a reporting code called unknown this refers to all other bookings made without the use of a code.
