The below steps will outline what is required regarding an incorrect ID or label:
Email [email protected] with the conversion ID and conversion Label associated with the Google Ads campaign.
Support will check that the ID and label we have applied to the account matches what you've sent in.
Not tracking Ad conversions
The below steps will outline what to do if tracking is not reporting correctly:
There are Ads conversions that are not being tracked by the Ads conversion code.
If there are areas of your site such as vouchers that were not requested to be tracked as part of the original request then they will not show as conversions on the report.
Email [email protected] with a list of the conversion URL's being recorded in your Google Ads reports.
The ID is duplicated with a different Label
The below steps will outline what to do if tracking is duplicated:
If you are using the same ID with a different label for two different campaigns, or an older campaign that you forgot to remove then Ads might pick up on the wrong label and the conversions will not show on the reports.
Check your Ads campaigns and make sure that the correct campaign ID and label are being used.
You have not updated the transaction value variable in Ads
The below steps will outline what to do if transaction value variable is not included in ads:
SHR Group will always set the Ads conversion code up so that it records the correct transaction total value on the confirmation page.
If you have not updated this on Ads it may be set to 1 or 0. If so then the value of conversions may not come through.
You need to change that setting to pick up the dynamic value that is passed to it by the conversion code on the confirmation page.
