How to edit how the Terms and Conditions appear on your booking engine
⚠️Important: It is not possible to change the location of the terms and conditions but it is possible to have them hidden by default.
To enable this feature, follow the steps below:
Go into your booking engine.
Select site configuration on the left side panel, then select edit site profile.
Click on the flags tab.
Under the title hotel flags, you can opt in or opt out to "Hide Terms & Conditions by Default".
If you tick this box, the terms and conditions will not automatically display on the SHR IBE. They will only show if you click on the Terms and Conditions link on the Details page.
🤓Tip: If you want to style how the text appears you can use HTML tags such as:
