Rate terms and conditions

  • Rate terms and conditions are specific to the rate.

  • They will only populate when this specific rate is booked.

  • Rate terms and conditions are not mandatory.

  • Rate terms are used in the cause of a unique rate such as advance purchase. A rate term in this example may say pre payment taken at time of purchase.

  • Rate terms are found on a specific rate.

    • Click booking engine along the top navigation.

    • Hover over rates and packages.

    • Click browse rates.

    • Click edit on the specific rate.

    • Under the header general you will see terms and conditions.

    • These terms and conditions are specific to this rate.

    • Click save changes.


General terms and conditions

  • General terms and conditions will show on every booking.

  • To view these terms and conditions follow the below steps:

    • Click booking engine along the top navigation.

    • On the left navigation hover over site configuration.

    • Click edit site profile.

    • Under the customer info tab you will see a text box with the title terms and conditions.

    • These terms and conditions are mandatory.

    • If your rate terms and conditions does not match the general terms and conditions you could add a note in your general terms and conditions to outline this.

    • Click save changes.
