Turning Waitlists On and Off in the Booking Engine

The Waitlist feature allows guests to express interest in fully booked room types, enabling your property to capture potential bookings.

Enable or disable the Waitlist feature

⚠️ Important: You must contact Support to have this feature enabled or disabled for your property. Hotel users cannot update these settings.

If you wish to have the Waitlist option enabled or disabled for your hotel/property please contact [email protected] who will make the change for you. Once the change is made a member of the support team will be in touch.


Waitlist Feature Benefits

  • Automated Notifications: When enabled, the Waitlist feature can automatically notify guests when their desired room becomes available, increasing the likelihood of securing the booking.​

  • Customization: You can customize the messaging and appearance of the Waitlist emails to align with your property's communication style.​

  • Track demand: Monitor Waitlist activity to assess demand and conversion rates.​
