Request access to the voucher module
Below will outline how to request access to activate the voucher module for your property:
Inform your account manager or email [email protected] that you wish to start using the vouchers module.
A member of the sales team will issue a contract to reflect the request.
You will require a third party payment platform to set up the voucher module.
Customer support will add the voucher service to your account.
Once you have access you can create vouchers.
Third party payment options for vouchers
To have the voucher module activated you must have a third party payment option. Below are some of those options that are compatible with the voucher module:
Global Payments (Realex)
If you have decided to use Global Payments(Realex) you will need to provide the following information to the SHR support team:
To set up an account with Global Payments (Realex), you will need an online merchant account.
You will need to provide the following Global Payments (Realex) details to integrate the voucher system:
Global Payments (Realex) account name.
Shared secret code.
⚠️Important: Do not email the secret code. Please ring the support team at +353 61 335680 and provide this code.
Card types accepted by your Global Payments (Realex) account.
Name of any specific sub accounts this money is to be diverted into. This is an optional step as sub accounts will be used if not notified.
Email address of your contact in Global Payments (Realex).
Paypal
If you have decided to use Paypal you will need to contact your account manager or [email protected] for further instructions on how to set up Paypal for vouchers.
Sage Pay
If you have decided to use Sage Pay contact your account manager or [email protected] for further instructions on how to set up Sage Pay for vouchers.
⚠️Important: When your payment gateway integration is fully complete and tested can you go live on the voucher system.
