SHR Group does not store the CVV or CVC number of credit cards due to Payment Card Industry (PCI) data security standards.
If you are charging a booking who has not showed up, you should be able to process this payment at your terminal without the CVV/CVC number, under a person not present option.
Your bank or terminal provider should be able to provide you with more information on this.
