Retrieve credit card details from reservations
Outlined below are the steps on how to view credit card details from reservations.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
On the left navigation click Room Reservation Report.
Enter the reservation reference number to find the specific booking from which you need to retrieve card details.
Click Search reservations.
Click details.
On the right of the screen you will see the header Card Details.
Complete two-factor authentication (2FA):
For security purposes, you'll be prompted to complete a 2FA process.
Choose your preferred method, email or authenticator app to receive the verification code.
Enter the code to proceed.
View card details:
Once authenticated, the card details will be displayed.
These details are typically visible for a limited time of 120 seconds to ensure security.
Ensure you record the necessary information within this timeframe.
