Extend your stay explained

When the guest books with a hotel, the system will check for availability in all partner hotels on their date of check out and show the appropriate pricing.

For example, if the guest checks in on 23rd September and checks out on the 24th, the system will check with all partner hotels for availability on the 24th September.

The system will check availability against the entire party, so if there are 2 adults and 2 children in a party then the partner hotel would need to have a room available that can accommodate this occupancy. This also means that third party partners won’t show as we cannot query them for availability.
