Partner selling explained
Partner selling allows you to display sister properties to a shopper. The customer can book these other properties in the event of no availability at your property on selected dates.

Partner selling needs to be enabled and set up by the support team. Email the support team and ask for this request [email protected]
Partner selling display options
Outlined below is how the feature will appear on the booking engine.
When you search for a date where there is no availability a message will appear. The message will read check availability in one of our partner hotels.
Click check now and the sister properties will list.
The hotel with the best value and available rate will always appear at the top of the list.
It is possible to list hotels that do not have their booking engine with Access but this hotels prices will not be available.
It is also possible to list the other properties under this message, this is a flag called display partner sites inline.
Request this flag at time of set up by the support team.
