Not seeing any service when logged in

This article details how you may not see a service when you login

  • If you login to the booking engine and you DON'T select a property and just select a service, you will see a screen like below where it asks you to request Information and activation of services.

  • Once you login to the booking engine you MUST select the property name you have access to in the Property Name search bar at the top right of the screen.

  • Once you select the property you can pick which service you wish to use.
