Commission adjustment request

Follow the details below to know how to adjust a commission charge.

In the case of a no show or if a guest has not arrived at your property then you can manually cancel a reservation in the booking engine.

To manually cancel a booking follow the steps below:

  1. Click the Booking Engine tab.

  2. Click Room Reservation Report on the left navigation.

  3. Enter the reservation reference or last name of the customer.

  4. Click Search reservation.

  5. Click the [details] link to the right of the reservation.

  6. Select the room or rooms you wish to cancel.

  7. Click the cancel rooms for this booking.

  8. Enter a comment.

  9. Choose whether to send the cancellation email to the guest or if it's not required then click cancel selected rooms.

  10. The system will then tell you the reservation is cancelled in the process cancellations window.

πŸ“ŒNote: A reservation can only be cancelled within the same month of check in. If you do not cancel the booking before the month end then a commission adjustment is not possible.
