Prevent a pre or post stay email from being sent out to a guest.

Disable a specific guests pre or post stay email

  • Go into the Booking Engine.

  • On the left navigation, click Room Reservation Report.

  • Enter the Reservation Reference and click search.

  • Click the details button to the right of the reservation.

  • From this screen you can toggle both the pre and post stay emails located towards the end of the reservation details.

πŸ€“Tip: If a reservation is marked as canceled on the SHR system, no pre or post stay email will be sent to the customer after that cancellation date.


Disable all pre and post stay emails

A request will need to be sent to support for this to be actioned. Email [email protected]
