Disable a specific guests pre or post stay email

Follow the steps below to disable a specific guests pre or post stay email.

  1. Click the Booking Engine tab.

  2. On the left navigation, click Room Reservation Report.

  3. Enter the reservation reference or the customers last name.

  4. Click Search reservations.

  5. Click the details button to the right of the reservation.

  6. Under the header customer you will see a toggle for the pre and post stay email.

  7. Click the toggle to disable the pre or post stay email.

πŸ€“Tip: If a reservation is marked as cancelled, no pre or post stay email will be sent to the customer after that cancellation date.


Disable all pre and post stay emails

To disable all the pre and post stay emails send a request to support [email protected] for this to be actioned.
