It may be necessary to schedule a voucher for delivery at a later date. A customer can change the delivery date during time of purchase if this option is enabled.
Follow the steps below to learn how to enable the feature to schedule a voucher.
Click the Voucher tab and click Edit Site Profile.
Click the Flag tab and tick the box Purchaser can schedule when voucher is delivered to a recipient.
Click save changes.
πNote: This feature is only available for PDF delivery.
Change the delivery date when purchasing a voucher
During the purchase process of a voucher a customer can change the delivery date on the customize page. A customer will need to tick a box to unlock the calendar to enter a new delivery date.

On the buy page a new widget with the new delivery date detailed will show. The purchaser can now choose if they will continue and use the current details for delivery or change the delivery details.

Delivery status of a voucher when the delivery date is changed
In the backend of a voucher it maybe necessary for the property to view the delivery date.
Follow the steps below to learn how to review the delivery status of a voucher.
Click the Voucher tab and click Search Sold Vouchers.
Enter one of the following piece of information to view the voucher:
Reference number.
Internal reference.
Customer name.
Click Search voucher and click details.
Under the header email logs the delivery status will indicate as pending.
After the delivery date has passed this will update to delivered.
