Process for setting voucher default delivery options
Follow the steps below to set up the voucher default delivery options.
Click the Vouchers tab.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Select the Advanced tab.
Choose your desired delivery options.
When enable is ticked, this enables the delivery option to be active.
Default allows you to select one delivery option that when the voucher is selected, the voucher automatically defaults to this on the customer screen.
Enter a cost associated with the delivery type if applicable.
Choose whether to have the voucher cost per order or per voucher.
Per order - if a customer ordered five vouchers the cost of posting the vouchers for all five vouchers would be for example β¬5.
Per voucher - if a customer ordered five vouchers the cost of posting the vouchers for all five vouchers would be for example β¬25.
Enter the general terms and conditions of the a voucher.
Click save changes.
Set up the delivery options for vouchers
Follow the steps below to set up the delivery options for vouchers.
Click the Vouchers tab.
Click List Vouchers.
Click edit on the voucher you wish to edit.
Click the Advanced tab.
Under delivery options, you can either set the default delivery options or custom delivery options.
Select custom delivery options.
Choose which custom delivery methods you would like to use.
Click save changes.
πNote:
When selecting default delivery options, this option will inherit the default delivery options configured in the edit site profile.
When selecting custom delivery options, this will configure delivery options specific to this voucher. If this option is selected, the default delivery options configured in the edit site profile will no longer apply, and any future updates to the edit site profile delivery options will not take effect on this voucher.
