Upload or update the property image on the portal or in partner selling
To be able to display an image on either the portal or across partner selling, your property must have a property image added in Edit Site Profile.
Follow the steps below to add this image:
π€ Tip: Before you update the property image in Edit Site Profile you must first add the image required in the MediaCenter and ensure property is ticked under tag and search in the Image editor.
Access your properties settings. Within Booking Engine click Site Configuration and then click Edit Site Profile.
Open the images tab within Edit Site Profile.
Select the primary image you want to display for your property.
You can search for a unique image by name or select from an Image Gallery.
You can view Galleries from the dropdown menu beside the search box.
Drag an image across or tick the image you want to use and click add selected.
Click save changes to set the image as the primary image for your hotel. This ensures the image will automatically display in search results where supported.
Once the image has been added to the Site Profile, it will automatically be picked up and used on the portal and partner selling profiles.
Note: It may take a few minutes for changes to reflect across all channels.
