Process a new Voucher

By the end of this article you should be able to process a new voucher.

⚠️Warning: Once a voucher is marked as processed it will be removed from the new transactions screen.

Process a voucher

  1. Go to the Vouchers Service.

  2. Select New Transactions.

  3. In the New Transactions screen, the voucher purchase will appear.

  4. Tick the box beside the desired voucher and select Mark Processed.

Voucher delivery methods

  • If the delivery method chosen for your voucher is via email then you can tick the voucher and mark it processed.

⚠️Warning: If the delivery method chosen for your voucher is via standard or express mail then you must be sure the voucher is delivered to the customer before you mark it processed.
