Process a voucher

⚠️Warning: Once a voucher is marked as processed it will be removed from the new transactions screen.

Follow the steps below to process a newly purchased voucher.

  1. Click the Vouchers tab.

  2. Click New Transactions on the left navigation.

  3. The list of newly purchased voucher will list.

  4. Review the newly purchased voucher and action what is required.

    • This maybe the voucher is due to be delivered by mail.

    • Send the voucher by mail and then when this is completed mark the voucher as processed.

  5. Tick the box beside the desired voucher and select mark processed.

Voucher delivery methods

Review the below to ensure you are correctly marking the voucher as processed.

  • If the delivery method chosen for your voucher is via email then you can tick the voucher and mark it processed.

⚠️Important: If the delivery method chosen for your voucher is via standard or express mail then you must be sure the voucher is delivered to the customer before you mark it processed.
