Mark a voucher as redeemed
Follow the steps below to learn how to mark a voucher as redeemed.
Click the Vouchers tab.
Select Search Sold Vouchers.
In the Search Sold Vouchers screen you can search for a voucher by reference number, internal reference number or customer name.
Click Search Vouchers.
Click the details button.
In the transaction details screen you can mark the voucher as redeemed by clicking the mark redeemed button.
You can add any relevant information to this voucher redemption by clicking the add comment button.
📌 Note: You can also part redeem a voucher.
