Notify an email if an Upsell is purchased.

There may be some upsell items that are purchased which require a specific person or department to be notified at the time the booking is made so that they have advance notice to organize that item, e.g. Spa team needs to be notified if a Spa treatment is included in the customer's booking.


Turn on notifications for an Upsell

Follow the steps below to learn how to receive notifications for an Upsell:

  1. Go into the booking engine.

  2. Click on Upsells from the left side panel, then choose upsell group list.

  3. Edit the package you want to add a notification to, by selecting the edit button to the right of the upsell.

  4. Click on the Advanced tab and add the email address you want to notify under the notifications heading.

  5. Click Save Changes.
