To prevent your upsell showing on certain rates or rooms, follow the steps below.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Upsells on the left side panel.
Click Upsell Group List.
Edit the package you want to hide by selecting the edit button on the right side of the upsell.
Click on the Filters tab.
You will have the option to filter by rates or rooms using an opt in or opt out system.
To opt an upsell out of appearing on a room or rate click opt out and tick the appropriate rate or room.
The result of opting out of a room or rate then the upsell will not show on a rate or room.
To opt an upsell in to appearing on a room or rate click opt in and tick the appropriate rate or room.
The result of opting in of a room or rate then the upsell will show on a rate or room.
Click save changes.
