Set your default view
You can control how rates and rooms are displayed on your search results page on the booking engine by setting a default view:
Room x Rate - rooms listed first.
Rate x Room - rates listed first.
Follow the steps below to update your default view.
Click the Booking Engine tab.
Hover over Site Configuration on the left navigation.
Click Edit Site Profile.
Click on the Search tab.
Under the header search preferences, click Result Order.
From the dropdown select your preferred view:
Room then rate or rate then room.
Click save changes.
🤓 Tip: Click preview site in the left-hand navigation, enter your search dates and see how your chosen view looks on the booking engine.
⚠️Important: If your view does not change, your booking engine had A/B testing concluded and the view you are trying to change is overriding the preferred view. The system will not allow you to update the view as this is the best version for conversion. It is not recommended to override the view. If you wish to override the view contact support to request this action.
