Exclude internal users IP addresses from reports

Exclude your colleagues IP addresses to ensure more accurate reports.

Follow the steps below to exclude IP addresses:

  1. Click CRM, on the top navigation.

  2. Hover over site configuration on the left hand side.

  3. Click CRM configuration.

  4. In the section IPs to omit for reporting, enter any IP addresses you wish to exclude, separated by a comma.

  5. Click add selected.

  6. Click the button add this device to exclude your IP address that appears.

  7. Click save changes.
